A home in Petah Tikva – a different housing experience for seniors. The house was entirely designed in a modern and clean way as part of the luxury revolution of Israel's sheltered housing.
In the project we implemented 8300 Regular screen wall systems passing between floors on several fronts as well as floor to ceiling screen walls in the building lobby and on the patio on the 1st floor - which reflect the pool area and the advanced dining room. In the 200 housing rooms, we implemented model 9000 sliding doors and model 4500 dry kip opening windows. The aluminum details include mesh wings and a concealed shutter case made by OPENART.
