First project of its kind in Israel in the form of a zero-energy building.
NZEB - Near Zero Energy Building.
The structure is designed to be compatible with the climate, with windows planned to introduce natural light and preventing heat and glare. In the project we designed and executed MATRIX 50 SG & SSG screen walls integrated with SN70/37 glass panels and an "airplane wing" vertical shading system. In addition, All Glass systems, U11h window systems as part of screen walls and tin cladding that give the building an innovative and exceptional look, alongside functionality, energy consumption savings and the highest levels of user comfort.
