"Or Yam Center" is a commercial center and a modern office building located these days in the southern part of the new giant neighborhood "Or Yam" in Or Akiva.
The center was established in entrepreneurship by the company for Caesarea properties Edmond Benjamin de Rothschild
In the project, we make semi-structural floor-ceiling curtain walls for the commercial areas, and in the office building curtain walls passing between floors with glass glazing with special thermal values.
It is a 10-dunam center that includes a rich mix of office space, service-providing businesses, a central Street Mall-style shopping avenue and a covered parking lot!
