Yad Eliyahu neighborhood is one of the most wanted neighborhoods in Tel Aviv thanks to the move of young couples and young families to it.
The project is an innovative and unique residential and commercial project, it includes a tower with 100 residential units, three textured buildings with 55 units, combined with an advanced boutique commercial center for all residents of the neighborhood.
On the corner of Moshe Dayan and Mahal Tel-Aviv Streets, we chose to plan and execute the aluminum systems project produced by the systems manufacturer Alubin, AD92 model sliding door systems and AW45 model opening window systems including glazing and special sealing according to strict acoustic requirements.
Near the project, the purple line of the light rail will be built.
We are happy to take part in the urban renewal process and lead the development of the old neighborhoods.
